Being home in Baton Rouge for Christmas gave me the fun opportunity to meet up with another old friend! Over Thanksgiving, I got the chance to photograph my dear friend Katherine and her family. This time, it was her sister Stephanie's turn! We had a great time roaming around campus with her two sweet kiddos, Bas & Ari, and hubby Jonathan!

Magical Night at Zoo Lights
I love that photography gives me the chance to be a part of people's milestones - birthdays, weddings, new babies, etc. Before Christmas, I had the great opportunity to capture an engagement! The groom Brian, a friend of a friend, reached out to me a few weeks before the proposal with his master plan. He would propose to his girlfriend Mandy outside of the Memphis Zoo Lights and then surprise her with an engagement party with family and friends! The proposal went off without a hitch and Mandy was completely surprised! Such a treat to be a part of this exciting day in their lives!

Sisters & Smash Cakes
I can't even handle the cuteness from last weekend's photo shoot with sweet Caroline and her baby sister Mary Mack! I just love this family of fellow Louisiana transplants in Memphis and have loved getting to photograph their growing family. A few years ago, it was Caroline's 1st birthday photo shoot in the middle of the August heat in nothing but a diaper. This time, the girls were all bundled up in the cutest hats and coats for Mary Mack's turn with her very own smash cake. Just love seeing them play together!

Sweet Brothers
Wrapping up my last Christmas card photo shoot over the year with one of my favorite families! I've gotten the chance to take their photos for the past 3 years! So fun to watch these little guys grow up! Jackson is talking so much and was so excited to see the ducks at the park and Wyatt is all over the place these days! But I think they had the most fun with the big silver ornaments on the big tall Christmas tree!
