Day 279: Unexpected Treat

My day did not start off well. I woke up late, got flustered by a snippy email on my blackberry and, since the parking lot was full by the time I arrived at work, had to park on the fifth floor of the garage. Needless to say, by the time I walked in the door, I was not myself. And then one little email turned my morning around. I received an email from my CEO telling me that since he would be out of town for the next few days, he wanted to let me park in his primo front-row parking spot as a thank you for all of my recent hard work!  I was shocked! Such a small gesture, but it meant so much!
