Day 108: First You Make a Roux...

I had every intention of heading down to the Rajun Cajun Crawfish Festival today, but unfortunately, running errands got the best of me. Thankfully I could satisfy my crawfish craving by turning some frozen tails into a yummy crawfish etouffee.
